All About Trees!

FREE!  All About Trees – October 9, 2018, 6:30PM to 8PM, first floor Dr. Eugene Clark Library, Lockhart, 217 S. Main Street.  October is an excellent time for planting trees!   Andreina Alexatos, certified arborist from Tree Folks, will tell us how trees function from roots to tiptop, share tips for selecting healthy trees that are adapted to our area, steps to ensure newly planted trees get off to a good start, tips for maintaining trees already growing in your landscape and how to properly prune them.  Sponsored by the Caldwell County Master Gardener Association.  All are welcome to attend our free monthly presentations, especially those who are new to the area and anyone interested in gardening.
